The Sunder Crown broke. Its shards lodged in the body of the kingdom, and where

they landed they took root and began to rule — badly.

You are the Uncrowned. You have come back to take them.

Every shard you reclaim makes you stronger and makes you less yourself. The

throne is reachable. What sits on it at the end is the question you answer.

ARROWS ARE NOT FOUND. THEY ARE EARNED.

Four sword hits earn one arrow. Healing costs three.

So the safe option and the survival option are both paid for with aggression.

You cannot turtle, and you cannot snipe your way through. The whole combat

system hangs off that one rule.

Sword, bow, dash, parry, and a down-slash that bounces you off anything you hit.

POWER HAS A PRICE, AND IT IS PAID IN THE FICTION

Four Regents hold four Crown Shards. Beat one and you pass judgment:

CONSUME     — take it by force. Strongest now. It does not leave.

BIND        — take it under promise. Weaker now. Yours later, if you keep it.

RELINQUISH  — leave it. No power at all — and the only path to unmaking the Crown.

Dominion and Mercy are independent, not two ends of one slider. You can be high

on both: a terrifying, effective monarch. Corruption visibly gilds your body as

it rises, and past a point the ambient dead notice you.

Eight endings. Which one you get is decided by those axes and one final choice.

MADE STRANGELY

Every one of the 48 models in this game was generated by a Python script in

Blender. There are no hand-modelled assets. Every sound and all thirteen music

themes are synthesised at runtime — the game ships with no audio files at all.

The whole thing is under 4 MB.

AI DISCLOSURE

This game's source code and writing were produced with an LLM (Claude) under my

direction. No image, audio, or asset generators were used at any point. Every

model is deterministic geometry output by a Python script in Blender, and all

sound and music is synthesised at runtime from hand-specified note data — the

game ships with no image or audio files generated by AI.

Contains flashing lights.
